The conventional electro-crystal amplifying waveform frequency
conversion power is high in waveform precision and stable
in performance. On this basis, the Company has produced a
synthetic waveform with 16-digit frequency after over a decade
of meticulous research and development. The new generation
of frequency conversion power after buffer amplification is
capable of isolated input and output, thus increasing the
stability of the entire unit. It is specially adapted to sensibility,
compatibility, resistance and impact of load of special kinds,
as well as to analog experiments and tests. With the flying
development of the global electronic technologies, our Company
applies new models of power modular IGBT and quality digital
control circuits to frequency conversion power designs of
giant power and mega-power, which are of high efficiency,
little noise and small volume. We also apply complete isolation
to input and output, with high input power factor, high reaction
speed and great capacity in overload, as well as multiple
guard and alarm devices against over pressure, over current,
over temperature and short circuits, etc. Products of this

II. Preparation before
Operation
1. After the unpacking of power, it is essential to check
brands of products so as to confirm the model of such a unit;
to check whether certificates of quality, warranty cards,
user¡¯s manuals, power cords and matching attachments are complete;
and to check whether power is damaged in transit. In the case
of any abnormalities, please contact this Company or the local
sales agents.
2. The fixing and wire connection: power should be operated
under the specified circumstances, with heat dissipating and
ventilating holes kept away from walls at a distance of no
less than 50cm; and switches for power input and output should
be placed to the OFF position.
3. It is strictly prohibited to place any objects on the top
of the unit.
III. Ways for Operation
1. Make sure that all switches have been placed to the OFF
position before starting the unit, and the voltage switchover
switch placed to the 0¡«150V position.
2. Make sure that the input power is the right power required
by this unit before connect and start to use the power.
3. Turn on the input switch.
4. Regulate the frequency button to the output frequency required
by the equipment.
5. Regulate the output voltage button to the output voltage
required by the equipment.
6. Connect the load to the socket (or output terminal plate),
and turn on the output switch after correct confirmation.
7. This unit has guard devices against overload or short circuits,
capable of taking immediate actions to guard circuits in the
time of overload or short circuits such as cutting off output
power and giving alarms by the buzzer, with such alarms in
a normal state). First place the output switch to OFF. Check
whether there is any overload (Please reduce the overload,
if any). Press once again the RESET switch (ALARM sound cut
off). All will be normal again, and this time you can go on
to use it.
8. Please inform the Company of any circumstances unable to
be solved in respect of this unit, and the Company will sure
send for personnel for such solutions.
IV. Overhaul of Breakdown
1. Phenomena: No voltage output, and no display of indicators
on the panel.
Causes: No power input.
Solutions: a. Check whether the input switch is on.
b. Check whether the input power is plugged into the right
socket or whether there is electricity.
2. Phenomena: No voltage output, normal display on the frequency
meter, ¡°zero¡± voltage display with buzz.
Causes: a. Overload or abnormal load.
b. Over load starting current.
Solutions: After lessening or checking the load, press down
RESET and wait for a few seconds.
3. In the case of any failure, please notify the repairs department
of the Company, which will provide you with good after-sale
services.
V. Maintenance of Products
1. The quality assurance period for this product is 18 months.
Any and all failures in this period may be placed under free
repairs and maintenance
2. Only costs of repairs and maintenance are to be paid beyond
the quality assurance period.
3. Provide long-term trail and services and set up Files for
customers.
4. Undertake to provide products in batches and products tailor-made.
